My biggest contributions were establishing nomenclature across teams and content layouts templates for writers, creating an internal and external content production tracking process, as well as writing a content owner manual for future team members.
This project taught me that I have strong project management skills, but also a special interest in product management. During this opportunity, I learned more about Agile product development and how to organize projects in JIRA.
I even got to stretch my design skills too! After building and publishing an article or infographic, I created a PDF version of it as well in Adobe InDesign or Sketch.
Jennifer re-organized our publishing process from start to finish and created the production spreadsheet that became the Build bible. She always raises her hand to help in any area of the project. She worked daily in a very cumbersome CMS and maintained a positive attitude. Jennifer is an all-around asset to any project.
